Bucatini (kind of spaghetti) allamatriciana (Amatrice is town in Lazio)
Ingredient for six
people:
2 slices of bacon
1 bottle of tomato juice
oil
salt
600gr. of bucatini
pecorino(italian cheese made from sheep milk)
Preparation:
Put in a pan two spoons of oil and the chooped bacon; cook till the bacon becomes brown
then add the tomato juice and cook till it becomes thicker; in the meanwhile put water a
pile two litus of and when it boils put 600 gr. of bucatini in it. Let the paste boil for
10-12 minutes then
