Befana

In Italy, the last day of Christmas time
is the Epiphany. It is a religious feast
but it is a good day for children.
According to an old tradition, on Twelfth Night,   an old lady (the so-called
Befana) flies on a broom and delives
presents (toys and sweets) to the
good children, ash and coal to the
nasty ones.
